Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to confirmed paid seats in open-enrollment courses and workshops. Custom Assurance Cohort contracts follow the refund schedule written in that contract; if silent, this policy applies.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must arrive in writing at least 14 calendar days before the published cohort start date. Requests between 13 and 7 days before start may receive a partial refund of 50% of fees paid. Requests inside 7 days of start are generally not refundable except as required by law or as listed under Exceptions.

Conditions for full or partial refund

Full refund: eligible timing, seat unused, and no download of restricted template packs marked non-returnable after release. Partial refund: later timing as above, or mid-program withdrawal when we cancel a remaining module for cause on our side.

Non-refundable items

Third-party exam fees (if any), completed private consulting hours, and printed materials already shipped are non-refundable. Self-paced digital modules that were fully unlocked and accessed for more than 48 hours are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@dev-cloudhub.digital with subject “Refund request”, your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and state the approved amount or the reason for denial.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to a Korean account you nominate. Currency conversion fees charged by your bank are not reimbursed.

Cancellation by Dev Cloud Hub

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra seat fee.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies, mandatory military duty, or government travel bans preventing attendance may qualify for transfer or refund outside the standard window at our discretion. Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law take precedence where applicable.
